Who Should Join IAAP
Any individual interested in a career or currently employed as an office professional is eligible for membership in IAAP and will benefit from its many resources. CPS/CAP certification is not required.

Membership Categories
Professional: An employed administrative assistant, secretary, or other qualified
office professional, a holder of the Certified Professional Secretary®
or Certified Administrative Professional® rating, or an employed
teacher of business education.
Associate: An individual, firm or educational institution that sustains the objectives
of IAAP.
Student: A member who is enrolled full-time as a student of business education.
